Nice 30 m2 studio with shaded and quiet garden, and space in secure parking (outdoor) in small wooded residence. Located in the immediate vicinity of Pessac center (many shops, bars, restaurants, boutiques, art and experimental cinema, swimming pool...). Multimodal hub with SNCF train station (Bordeaux Arcachon line 300 m away). Tram B stop 30 m away (Camponac stop) Coulée verte and Camponac Park in the immediate vicinity of the residence. Relax in this spacious and elegant accommodation, completely renovated in the spirit of the Bassins à Flots, a former industrial district of Bordeaux. Enjoy the lovely terrace without vis-à-vis, the four comfortable bedrooms and an open living room very friendly. Come and enjoy this 2-room apartment at the gates of Bordeaux and at the foot of public transport. The bus is located at the bottom of the residence and serves the city center in 15 minutes. Bègles station is behind the residence, and takes you in 2 minutes to Bordeaux station, you will also find tram C within a 5-minute walk, as well as Mussonville Park. The accommodation, very cozy, refurbished and access is completely autonomous with a secure key safe system.
