We stayed in Fabio's apartment from April 17 to 22. When we arrived there was the co-host Cyril who was very kind and available as also the other co-host Laure who gave us several information to help us better discover and appreciate Antibes. We had a great time together! The apartment is as in the description and in the photos: clean, tidy and very bright. There's a great view! It's easy to walk to the beaches of Juan le Pins in about 5 minutes and there is an Intermarché very close by. In addition, it is the ideal place for those who like us have children because there are very close play areas. Very recommended accommodation. We'll be happy to go back!

Hey, so the place is in a quiet area, close to the tram, bus stop, and Promenade des Anglais. The sea is super clear, and the beach isn't too crowded, which we loved. There's a park with a small playground near the studio, which our kids loved. The studio looks exactly like in the pictures and the kitchen has everything you need for a holiday, and we liked that there was an iron and a vacuum too. The host was really quick to respond and super understanding with checking in and checking out times. Thanks, Valerie!

Staying in this lovely place gave us the perfect seaside getaway we were hoping for. Huge thanks to the host for the quick and thoughtful communication — it made us feel instantly at ease and helped us shake off all the travel fatigue. We were able to fully relax and enjoy the charm of this beautiful coastal town. The apartment is just a short five-minute walk from the sea, and there are plenty of great cafés and restaurants nearby. We absolutely loved our time here and would highly recommend both this place and Antibes to anyone looking for a peaceful, beautiful escape by the sea.

The place was very clean and Dge was extremely responsive. If you are doing a lot of day trips that require the train it is a great location.

Absolutely lovely property. We had an amazing few days here. The location is perfect in the old town, close to all the restaurants and shops. Wonderful view from the terrace. Communication with Yann couldn't have been better and he was very helpful and accomodated all our requests. Brilliant. I cant recommend the property highly enough. We would definately go back.

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

Picasso by the Sea was a beautiful place to stay, next door to the Picasso museum, steps away from the daily market and the old town. The furnishings and artwork in the apartment were lovely. Our family had a very enjoyable week staying here. Very spacious apartment for Europe, with ample cupboard space and ample living spaces. We would highly recommend.

Best location in the old town of Antibes. We loved the stay. The parking is 5 minutes away, be sure to book a multi day parking pass otherwise it gets expensive

Fabulous apartment - amazing location and perfectly decorated. We were attending the MIPIM Convention in Cannes, and this apartment was the perfect choice for a break from the crowds - better than any 5 star hotel in Cannes. This villa exceeded our expectations—it was even more beautiful than the photos, with breathtaking scenery that made waking up each morning a joy. It was perfectly equipped for our stay with two young toddlers, including a full-size cot, a high chair, and dark shutters that made nap times easy. The amenities were fantastic, and the host was incredibly friendly and responsive. He even kindly offered to post back some forgotten items, which we really appreciated. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this property to others and hope to return ourselves in the future.

Very nice place to stay in Nisse. close to the seaside and bar and restaurant but also quite at night. very clean and host communication was the great. I would totally recommend it. In case I come back I will definitely check in again here.

I had a fantastic 3-week stay at Renaud’s place. The apartment was clean, with a functional kitchen and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the nearby bus station (for Bus A and Bus 9) made getting around very convenient. Renaud was always prompt and helpful when I had questions—highly recommended!

Very pleasant stay at Sandrine's. Superb and very well-equipped apartment. Sandrine is a very welcoming and friendly host and very attentive. The rooftop terrace is very large and very well furnished and offers us a magnificent sea view. The pool is beautiful. We'll be back when we get the chance to come back to Nice. We highly recommend this listing.
