marta and Alberto's house is as described, it is in a strategic position because it is elevated to the gut, so quiet , but a moment from the center. It has perfect parking, so it is perfect because then it is impossible to turn by car. The house is perfect for 3 people, but also for four, it has everything you need. Dishwasher and washing machine, hairdryer and iron, and other essential things such as sugar oil, salt and various detergents, and this is a great thing. Marta is super helpful, a responsive, welcoming, kind host. We had a great time and I recommend this place to everyone

Beautiful accommodation in every detail, the welcome on arrival was excellent, we had a great time staying at home, the hosts were very kind both on arrival and throughout the stay. Beautiful studio with sea view terrace, a short drive to San Lorenzo al mar and 2 steps from the seaside bike path. The interior is very well-equipped. We didn't miss a thing. Francesco who was our contact throughout our stay was very responsive and super kind, recommending us a great hike on the heights of Civezza. We 100% recommend this rental!

Bright and clean apartment on walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants but in a very calm area. Balcony with sea view is a big plus. We enjoyed the garage and the parking for bikes, highly recommended for cyclists! Communication with Igor was great, very quick and good instructions. Happy to come back soon :)

I stayed in this accommodation with my 8-year-old daughter and my mother with mobility difficulties. The location was crucial. It is not in the center but everything is easily accessible on foot: 2 minutes from the beach, 3 minutes from the station and 5 from the center. The owner was very kind in offering flexibility for both check-in and check-out. The house is equipped with everything you need. Kitchen complete with dishes, pots and basic condiments; bathroom complete with various detergents and hair dryer; possibility of using the washing machine. If I have to find flaws, I think the blinds need to be replaced, or at least fixed, and the beds in the bedroom are slightly worn. Really nothing important, our stay was not affected by this, instead the kindness, availability and speed of the owner played a fundamental role.

Everything went well, the apartment is not very large but well furnished and it is very well located. Amedeo is friendly, he gave us plenty of good places to visit and I thank him for accepting that we came on Christmas Eve, if I go back to Sanremo I will be happy to rent his place again.

We spent a great time in Pietro’s place. The location is great : easy to find, easy to park our van, easy to walk around and only 10 minutes of walking to the beach. The flat was clean and comfortable for our big family of 6 with a dog. I highly recommend it!

I recommend the attic by the sea to everyone, a cozy and relaxing place within walking distance of the sea. Claudia was an impeccable host, always kind and available. Only the 4 flights of stairs, to consider if you have heavy luggage or reduced mobility, otherwise it becomes a pleasant free gym, as the listing says:) Thank you Claudia and see you next time!

We were really impressed by the kindness and availability that welcomed us upon arrival, the lady is really very kind; the house is perfect for our family, clean, very comfortable with the piece of garden to make the most of. In 10/15 min walk you can get downtown, we had a really good time, we'll be back

We only stayed one night in Elena's house and had a very good time. She was kind and caring, we appreciated the focaccia and the lemons she offered us and the attention she put into every detail in the house that served to have a more comfortable experience during our stay, there was really everything you need and the house was super clean. We have been visiting the Finale/Varigotti area for many years and we had never found a little house with a window in front of the sea. In fact, everything in Varigotti we have always found houses with prices inaccessible for us, so this time there was a miracle. Sleeping and waking up to the sound of the waves, with our favorite focaccia under the house, it didn't seem true. The house was simply perfect as a location and very cozy. Check-in was very easy... leaving was very difficult, we would have stayed another two weeks:)

Marcello's place is very well located in the idyllic old town of Imperia with beautiful restaurants and shops for everyday needs. The apartment is a beautiful oasis ideal for families and friends. We enjoyed the view from the roof terrace. Marcello was very helpful during our trip, which we greatly appreciated. We will be safe and happy to come back to this fantastic Bijou.

We really enjoyed our stay in Casa Coiri. Nicola was a perfect host, very friendly and welcoming. The house is great, we felt right at home. Nicola sent us all the information and recommendations for the area beforehand. After our arrival he even gave us delicious food for breakfast. We wish we could have stayed longer!

We recently stayed in the apartment Chill&Hill and it was a fantastic one. The apartment was beautiful, clean and tidy. The beds were wonderfully comfortable, which made for a good night's sleep. The pool was lovely and perfect to relax in. Viki was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others!

Had a great stay we were with our family of 5. I did have my own baby stuff etc because this was not present, but that didn't matter to us because we were going to travel even further. A stroller is not convenient because this does not fit in the 2nd elevator, but we have found that one side is a little wider than the other 😅 so the side that adjoins the house that is wider. The kids really enjoyed the pool and the lifeguard are really great sweet. In the cottage, everything you need was available. Parking is really recommended for an extra fee the hill is really very steep. You can also easily do groceries there on foot, this is about 10 minutes before the liddle and the coop is 20 minutes away, but by car you will be there in no time. The view is super really amazing. And for the sports people at the coop there is a gym where you can exercise unlimitedly for 60. We found this very useful for my husband, for example.

We had a wonderful stay in Sanremo, the flat was very clean and welcoming, better than we expected. There is everything you can need during your stay. We enjoyed staying here and we would definitely recommend it to others. It is a close walk to the center of Sanremo or with the bikes Filippo offers. The pool was not yet open at this time of the year, but this was not an issue for us, we knew it upfront. We would definitely choose Filippos flat once again if we come back to Sanremo. Sublime stay! The apartment is very ideal for a couple with a dog. It is well equipped and the bed is very comfortable. The location is quiet with a splendid exterior that makes you want to enjoy the place and the surroundings! Close to beautiful places between greenery, waterfall and sea but the car seems essential to us to fully enjoy these assets. Federico is a gold owner, he lives above but is very discreet, available, responsive and full of good advice! We loved our stay and have nothing to complain about!
