Perfect oasis for a family vacation The location is simply magnificent – secluded and quiet, far away from the hustle of everyday life. The expansive property is a real highlight: there are beautiful pergolas that invite you to eat, play and relax outdoors. The pool is fantastic – it is cleaned daily, offers comfortable loungers and plenty of umbrellas. We especially appreciated that the entire property is fenced which makes it ideal for pets. The bedrooms are charmingly furnished, with comfortable beds that ensure a good night's sleep. The kitchen is well equipped and offers everything you need. The cleanliness was also great – with a thorough intermediate cleaning after a week. We would like to highlight the quick and competent response of all our questions, which made the stay even more pleasant. All in all it was the perfect place for an unforgettable family vacation that we can highly recommend.

Sabrina was a wonderful host, and the apartment is a beautiful place to relax in the historic center. We used the lovely kitchen far more than we usually do in an AirBnB because it is so well equipped. There's a lovely view of the Tiber out the back doors, with direct access to the walking path alongside it. Umbertide is the perfect place to reside when exploring Umbria. It's central and very accessible to other cities in the region. It has great amenities but not overtly touristy, making it a great home base to explore other medieval towns. It also offers some great hikes and several good restaurants. Plus, like Sabrina the people of Umbertide are very friendly and helpful. Truly like a home away from home.

What a memorable vacation... We've been back for a couple of weeks and we're still thinking about it... Paolo and Flora and their whole family were impeccable hosts. We spent a few days under Easter with our dogs, one of which is convalescing, in their home practically... My husband and I had come from a very hard and difficult time and at home ethically we were reborn. We felt loved, pampered, respected in privacy, involved, and understood. Really wonderful experience. In addition to them, the house is also of an embarrassing beauty, you enter and you are embraced by the surroundings, we felt at home... We'll never forget this special experience. Paolo and family, the house, the garden, the Moti and the Negroni revisited of an ethical house 😉 Simply thank you. ❤️❤️❤️ Ps.
