Spacious and bright living area with sofas and majolica kitchen, indoor dining tables and outdoor table on the terrace with gulf views. Sleeping area upstairs with panoramic double bedroom, bathroom and study/relaxation area.

The kitchen has all necessary accessories, and the dining room offers seating for 8 pp. The large living room offers a breathtaking coastline view extending to the Gulf of Naples. There is also a sofa bed (2 pp). Private outdoor space equipped with a dining table and chairs, barbecue, sun loungers, and deck chairs. It can accommodate 6-8 pp. The owner lives in the same villa on the upper floor.
