The pool is closed. When it is open, it is only available for the use of permanent residents. I bought everything new and prepared it myself. There is one double bed and one sofa bed. The flat is 1+0. It's a studio flat. If you are a large group, we have about 12 more apartments. There is currently no Wi-Fi in Direde. There is no cooking facility. There is also no washing machine yet. There's a bed. There's a fridge. There's air conditioning. There's no problem with cooling or heating. There's kettle. You can make tea and coffee. There's a microwave.

Suitable Adventure

Our caravan, which is within walking distance to Buca Tınaztepe Campus and stops, is very close to the highway entrance and public transportation. There are cafes, Starbucks, Burger King and markets open 24 hours a day. The heater is available and the kitchen is active; however, the bathroom/sink is closed due to malfunction (needs can be met from the surrounding businesses). The caravan must be left in the same condition as it was received, otherwise a cleaning fee will be charged. Central and practical accommodation!

The 22nd floor has a view of the Bay. All items are zero. Bed, Air Conditioning, Fridge, etc. 3 people can stay or even 4 people if it is difficult. There is no possibility to cook in this apartment. Kitchen is restricted to use. Wifi is not connected yet. There is no heating, Cooling problem. You can use the gym. Those who want to stay for a long period and cook can look at our other apartments. The pool is closed. When it opens, it is only available for use by permanent residents
