This luxury house is located on the plateau road to Ayder, Çamlıhemşin, Zilkale, which are the attractions for vacationers in the region. 15 minutes to the city center, 20 minutes to the airport, 30 minutes to Ayder Plateau. The most important feature of our house is its location. It is designed in a way that you can watch the centuries-old forests, mountains, storm valley and stream from where you sit and lie down. The sound of the river flowing on both sides of the house and the waterfall from which the rivers are formed will accompany you at all times.

Located on a detached land in the Avdan neighborhood, 8 km from Ağvaya, in an area where the nature view can be seen panoramically from every room. There is a 40 m2 covered camellia, a 25 m2 open camellia, and there is a fireplace barbecue and fire pit in the camellias. There is a French fireplace in the living room of the house. 2 double beds, 2 single beds and two people can stay very comfortably on the L-shaped sofa in the living room. Our pool is ecological. It is 90 km from the center of Istanbul and 25 km from Şile, where you can escape from the busy life of the city and reach a unique and relaxing environment.

Şiir Ev (Poeme House) is one the 3 house on the farm. The house constructed in the top of the hill facing Kekova, sunrise and fullmoon. 40 m2 saloon with full equipment kitchen and 20 m2 entresol with Kekova view. South and west windows are from the bottom up to the top of the house. The Kekova area is silent and natural. The Lycian Way (trekking way) is passing in front of the farm. You can make trekking to swim in the isolated bays of Kekova. Demre is 16km, Üçağız is 8km,Kaş is 45 km far away.

Our house is 2 hours from Istanbul and is very easy to reach. It is 40 minutes from Sapanca and 1.5 hours from Abanta. Only the top floor of our triplex house is for rent. Our garden is 8000 m2. There are various fruit trees in it. We offer breakfast and dinner upon request. You can do trekking, fishing, mushroom picking. We have extra rooms for large families and transfer from Istanbul.
