Guests can find the apartment right in the city center. It has its covered parking space and offers peace, themed interior and maximum comfort. It is 50m2 large incl. loggia and parking space in the building. Located in a safe and quiet location but at the same time only 5 minutes on foot from the city center. You will have everything the city has to offer: theatres, cinemas, bars, restaurants, cafes, swimming pool, shopping centers, bike-ride along the river, monuments of the city such as the Black Tower, Přemysl Otakar II Square, City Hall and much more.

Accommodation in a secluded area - Apartment "U Tesařů"

We offer accommodation in a newly renovated apartment - originally a barn - on an old farm estate near the village of Komařice in South Bohemia. The farm is located in a secluded area near the forest, about 1 km from the village in close proximity to ponds. The apartment is located in a separate building with its own entrance, which guarantees privacy regardless of the permanent residents of the family. You will have a living room with a double bed and a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a toilet and a bathroom with a shower.

Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Welcome to Rodlhaus GruBÄR! The wood-burning stove in the living and dining area provides cosy warmth. The very well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook. From the balcony, you can look into the nature reserve and have direct access to the large Rodl. Upstairs, you will find cosy sleeping areas. You can relax in the barrel sauna in the garden or in the hammock with a view. Cafe Machine: Tschibo Cafissimo Various sauna infusion oils are available. Looking forward to seeing you soon :)

A newly furnished, quiet, and spacious apartment with a comfortable 180x200 bed for 2 people offers an exceptional view from the top, eighth floor of the building directly of the castle with its tower and across the Deer Garden. Thanks to its location, you can easily reach the historic center on foot within 5 minutes. The bus station (Prague–Český Krumlov (Špičák)), ATM, grocery store, cinema, and doctor are all within 100 m. A baby cot is available upon request.

A cozy fishing hut by the forest and pond, where time passes more slowly. In the morning, you can enjoy a quiet breakfast on the terrace, a boat ride, refresh yourself under the solar shower during the day and relax in a hammock overlooking the sunset. In the evening, you will be warmed by a crackling fireplace or an open-air fireplace, while bats fly quietly overhead. Ideal place for moments of silence and escape to nature.

Nacházíme se v blízkosti historických, památkově chráněných měst České Budějovice a Český Krumlov. Všudypřítomné lesy a čistá krajina vybízí k relaxačním procházkám i sportovnímu vyžití. V okolí se nachází plno krásných cest pro pěší i cyklisty.

Our chats

Our cottage is located in a semi-secluded forest by the Stropnice River. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they are not visible from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by the crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the terrace. There is no wifi in the cottage, so enjoy the time spent together.
