Our apartment is located on the 6th floor of the Flora Hotel and boasts beautiful views across the tree tops, down the valley and back towards Mount Vitosha. The apartment is 52.5 sq metres in size and consists of a spacious living room, american style kitchen, entrance hall, bathroom with full bath and shower over, along with a large double bedroom and private balcony which is accessed through the bedroom. It takes just an hour to get here from Sofia or Plovdiv, and the Borovets ski resort is only forty minutes away. We are located right next to the oldest Orthodox church in the region. Additionally, there are many mineral water hot springs and spas nearby.

The studio has its own large bathroom, as well as a seating area, and a terrace. Apt. B53 is located in the Borovets Gardens complex, a 7-minute walk from the gondola station. The building has a security and free guests parking.
