The studio has its own large bathroom, as well as a seating area, and a terrace. Apt. B53 is located in the Borovets Gardens complex, a 7-minute walk from the gondola station. The building has a security and free guests parking.

The studio has a double bed (bedroom 1.60 x 2.00m), sofa bed (stretch -1.40 x 1.90m), kitchenette, bathroom, terrace overlooking the pine forest and the mountain. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and crockery for eating. The complex has its own free parking. In the absence of parking lots in the vicinity, there is a paid parking lot. Lifts, slopes, venues and restaurants are located within walking distance.
