Ski-in/Ski-out holiday rentals in Borovets

Atanaska's house is the perfect base for skiing in Bansko or for hiking in Rila or Pirin. The house is close to the mountains, but located in a beautiful, quiet small village. The views from the balconies are breathtaking. The house itself is very modern and charming and has everything you might need during your stay. Atanaska is a wonderful host. She gave us very clear instructions and was always available to answer questions about the area. I recommend the house highly and look forward to our next stay.

Very nice, big and clean house. The place to eat is separate from the house, which is also convenient. The place is communicative and downtown, close to shops and restaurants. Borislav is a very welcoming host.

If u wanna hit the slopes and you’re onna budget - this is the place. Looks better than on pictures actually, quite cozy and didn’t expect a fridge and a kettle there! Host really friendly and can show u around

What a fantastic place. Ski in ski out - probably not for total beginners but I hadn’t skied for 20 years and it was perfect. Just a short ski down to the chair lift . And fantastic team helping us and great food. And a short walk to a spa for tired legs

Perfect place for our ski trip. Only a short walk to everything inc gondola and lifts. The chalet had everything that we needed. For the money we paid we were a very happy BRB group. The Happy Duck restaurant just up the road always look after our group and we now have a perfect venue of ski food and accommodation. Thank you.

We came back again shortly after, place was perfectly cleaned and as if we never left.

The apartment was really nice and what was expected from the flora, the room was big and spacious for us 2 adults and 1 child, nice and warm, nice and clean upon arrival, lovely view in the forest, doesn’t smell of smoke! Just a short walk into the resort and lifts, host was very responsive to messages and helpful, would be happy to book this again, thanks very much, provided with small kitchen area with fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave along with sink hob etc, bath and overhead shower 👍

Great value for money. Excellent location for us, right on the high street. It didn't bother us, but there was noise from the bars into the early hours particularly on Fri sat eves. Would def book again! Alper was super flexible on check out and we forgot a hairdryer, which he was kind enough to lend us!

Me and my group (16 people) went to Musala and 7 lakes hike and Aleks was very helpful he gave us tips about the local restaurants, hike trails, cleaned our living room table after the barbeque...he was absolutely amazing. And also we switched traditional drinks like rakia (something like a vodka)

Such a beautiful place, amazing view. My and my husband used it as our wedding suit. The host was very responsive, kind and understanding.

What a great place. Was perfect for our family trip to Borovets. Close to the slopes and all local amenities. The only minor issues was the curtains in the sleeping area did not cover the window properly, and the toilet/shower leaked onto the floor. It would be perfect if the place had a plug in electric hob, but other than those very minor things a really great place and would use again and recommend.

lovely and warm, clean and modern.. 15min walk to the bars and ski lifts. The swimming pool mentioned is permanently closed so are the ground floor main toilets in the public bar area. In my opinion that is an issue for the main building owner and not the host.

I stayed here for 5 weeks. The apartment was clean and as described. It was warm when I got there and had everything I need for my long stay except the washing machine (which can be arranged for an extra cost). The apartment is next to the forest and is in a very quiet complex without a lot of people. It’s close to the slopes - 15mins by walking through the forest and 5mins by car. The host was very responsive and will help you with everything that you need. Will visit again. 👌🏻

Clean, cozy and close to rila resort which is the center of Borovec! Satisfied!

Nikolay is an excellent host, responsive and caring for his guests, including kind presents upon arrival. Guidance and instructions perfect. The appartment is very well organised, lots of closets and drawers to keep the appartment tidy during your family stay. Many amenities up to washing machine, super quality hair dryer, spa shower, large fridge and good cooking facilities. Heating and isolation excellent. The residence Flora is well located, close walking distance from Gondola and 6man. Spa and pool available for a fee. Two great shops at the ground floor of Flora: 1- ollie molly is a great option for ski rental, lessons, caring, new and quality equipment. 2- Balkan PMS Travel Airport transfer. high recommend the location and the host for an enjoyble stay at Borovets.
