The residential neighborhood is one block from Christmas Circle and the restaurants and shops along Palm Canyon Rd, and is proximate to the new library and other services. Stay in a 25' renovated 1990's trailer with AC and a 280 sq ft covered deck with misters and fan, propane grill and PRIVATE JACUZZI! Dedicated WiFi bridge insures solid connectivity. Fresh air, no crowds, nice local trails. Local wineries and restaurants are tasty. Wifi is great. TV with Roku indoors; bluetooth speakers on the deck, and cows in the pasture. It’s a peaceful get-away!

Escape reality in this off-grid property. Relax and enjoy the sun. At night, enjoy the seasonal (available April-November) hot tub for two! Plenty of space to set up additional tents.

We also would like to note that we have lowered our nightly rate to offset the mandatory San Diego county 8%TOT tax.

Lounges, blankets for evening star gazing. You may see “Roady” the resident Roadrunner, a huge brown owl, or if you are a bird enthusiast, many unusual species stop by for an occasional drink at the watering hole. Quiet grounds.
