Everything is included in the price, electricity, water, towels, bed linen, tea towels, and basic foods such as oil, sugar and spices. The wood-burning stove is the main source of heating, there is electric heating in the bathroom, a little underfloor heating which is turned on when the electricity is cheap. The garden is completely undisturbed with room for games, sports and play.

Boligen er tæt på mange butikker, og ca. 1,5 km. afstand til stranden. Der er 2 enkeltstående senge placeret på værelset på 1 etagen med 2 madrasser på gulvet. Dette er det eneste værelser der kan anvendes som soveværelse ved udlejning.
