It consists of: - Combined living room/dining room - Well equipped kitchen Living room and kitchen both open out to a terrace, furnished with solid wood dining set. - Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub - Bedroom with a queen size bed Both bedrooms open out to a beautiful green garden. - Second bathroom with a shower cabin. The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests comfortably. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. Other amenities include: Outdoor dining set, sunlounger, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and free parking in case you arrive by car. Baby cot and baby high chair on request. The neighborhood is one of Dubrovnik’s most popular areas, with beaches, seaside promenades, shops, restaurants and cafés. Old town is 4 km away and the nearest public bus stop is 50 m away from the apartment. Just 5 minutes of walking from Old City, this stylish home is located in Dubrovnik's most prestigious neighbourhood-Ploce, right across of 5 star hotel Excelsior and 1 minute from Banje Beach.Easy to find, no stairs on the street, the house was built in 1836 and stayed in the family. It's part of UNESCO World Heritage and it has been wonderfully restored; traditionally yet with modern touches.These spacious two rooms overlooking the sea, island of Lokrum and Old City will take your breath away.
