Suitable for people who want to relax and wind down. Please beware this is not a party location. NB: Very steep stairs.

Situated 5 minutes walk to 7 miles of sandy beaches, close to Hengistbury Head nature reserve & the river Stour . You can easily walk or take the ferry to the market town of Christchurch. This is a quiet area but within easy reach of Bournemouth. Off rd parking. EV charging for a fee. Self check in.

Our Guest Annex is a Studio with its own entrance, keysafe & parking infront. Upon entering the hall, there is a lounge with a sofa-daybed (with trundle), a smart TV, a kitchenette and a dining table. The kingsized zip-link bed is located at the back of the sunny room with large windows overlooking the back garden. Access to our washing machine, which is located in the main house, is available on request. Housekeeping is weekly, normally on Sundays, when your stay is 7days or longer.

Private studio space with it's own entrance, a double bedroom area together with kitchenette, and separate shower/toilet room. There are two comfortable chairs for sitting, a dresser for clothes. Free off street parking. Walk around front of the house, down a pretty gravel side passage lined with plants, to a private studio overlooking a garden. The family in the main house does also use the garden. We hope you enjoy your stay.
