The apartment is close to the harbor, 700 meters from the station and with the amusement park in the backyard. A lovely garden that you are welcome to use. There is underfloor heating in the living room in addition to the bio fireplace, so the whole apartment is cozy and warm in the winter. Good discount for long-term stays.

The apartment contains a hallway, kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and oven. A bedroom with a double bed. Living room with dining area, TV and a sofa bed for 2 people. The last room is locked off, may not be used.

Totally 22 m2. 1500 m to train station. 800 m to the marina with the Viking Ship Museum. 650 m to the Cathedral and Center. The warm heather that produceses the warm water in the annex is also producing warm water for the tap in the kitchenette. Therefore we suggest not to tap warm water for 10 minutes before having a shower as in this way you will have warm water for shower for about 10-12 minutes.
