The Barn is situated in the grounds of White House Farm, on the banks of the River Witham. It's a wonderfully cosy and private barn conversion with a separate private garden which is fully enclosed ideal for Dogs. We also now have a pontoon on The River behind the Barn from which you can launch your paddle boards, canoes or even go wild water swimming!

Our town center flat has lots to offer. It is very close to all amenities, shops, several pubs, restaurants, takeaways and historic areas are all within a short walk. Boston is a historic town and is a great place to explore Lincolnshire. Frampton Marsh RSPB wetland is only a 10min drive, Spalding Outlet and Skegness on the beautiful East Coast is not far. The flat offers sky Q and movies package, Superfast broadband and much more. Free road side parking. Free Washer drier located on 1st floor.

Very Large House - Pets welcome - Free Wi fi - 6 Bedrooms & 6 Bathrooms - Contractors and Families & Pets, 2 parking spaces. All bedrooms have large flat-screen smart TV's and their own bathroom. It has a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washer / dryer, a dishwasher an oven & ceramic hob, a toaster, etc. Fresh Towels and bed linen are supplied. The lounge has a fantastically comfortable Lazy boy Sofa's with recliners and a huge 65" smart TV.
