It is built in a contemporary style, in the center of a large plot of land, adjacent to our forests. Large windows, terraces and a spacious sun deck allow you to enjoy the nature around and a lovely view. This is a place for those who love secluded nature. We have dogs and cats on the property, they are friendly little angels.

Svaka kuća ima 2 spavaće sobe i može smestiti po 5 osoba - sa grejanjem, hlađenjem, Wi - Fi, Netflix, kafe aparat, mašina za sudove.... Na istom placu postoji i kuća koja je Spa centar - izdaje se po satu i dodatno naplaćuje. Ceo plac je ograđen ( pet friendly), a naziv potiče od velike lipe ispod koje su klupe i roštilj. Svaka kuća ima svoj parking prostor na placu.

Ova tiha i udobna kuća, smještena je na prelepom poluostrvu usred jezera Medjuvrsje, koje se nalazi između slikovitih planinskih padina. Kuća ima direktan privatni pristup samoj obali jezera koji nudi lepo mesto za pecanje, roštilj ili jednostavno za opuštanje. Kuca se nalazi na mirnoj lokaciji, jer nije blizu glavnog autoputa, ali je ipak dobro povezana sa svim bitnijim mestima u okolini.

There’s no kitchen, but we offer meals from our menu that you can choose as needed. It features a TV, Wi-Fi, and a large desk for two. A special treat is an afternoon rest in the built-in tub overlooking the forest.
