I'm happy to welcome you, in a very bright 21 m² accommodation, adjoining the house, independent access, comfortable bedding, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, table... Access to garden. Quiet neighborhood. Very well located, 10 min by car, 20 min by bus 38, from the airport, as well as 20 min from the city center by tram. Welcome to this studio, renovated in June 2025, located in Bouguenais, quiet but close to everything. It can accommodate up to 4 people + 1 baby (sofa bed + comfortable bench, baby bed on request). You are 7 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from Nantes, close to Trentemoult, shops, restaurants, buses and trams. Ideal fibre connection for remote working. Perfect for a couple's getaway, a family or a business trip! Note that the ceiling height is 1.90 m.
