The studio is quiet, clean, nicely decorated, functional, and close to everything (transport, city center...). The bedding is good. Philippe and Patricia were responsive in the exchanges, very welcoming and left small touches in the apartment. They advised us on the things to see in Nantes. We had a lovely stay.

Perfectly located in front of the train station (convenient to put down your bags as soon as you arrive) and 5 minutes from the city center. Great for a stay discovering Nantes or other. I recommend it.

MARIE's accommodation is ULTRA functional… the location is ideal for a trip to the city center, you can do anything on foot it's great!! The bedding is perfect and comfortable and everything is there for a pleasant stay. I recommend it 100%.

The place is quiet , we came for a night but it was super cool , the place is very nice , not very far from the city center of Nantes, I highly recommend it!

All excellent. Hervé is very concerned and helpful, flexible at check-in and checkout times. The very spacious, clean, safe apartment, with everything we need. Great well-equipped kitchen, perfect toilet, very spacious master bedroom and the second with everything you need. Still with very comfortable living room and small terrace. Gilles is very welcoming and friendly. We had a great time. A host and a place like we love them, authentic. The garden is a small cocoon perfect for relaxing, the accommodation is simple and functional, very well located. Thank you for the recommendations of walks etc... We'll be back with pleasure.

The apartment can be reached conveniently there with public transport and quiet location. In the immediate vicinity are many amenities and there is much to do in Nantes. The apartment is clean, spacious and very comfortable. Communication with Astrid is friendly and efficient. A very successful week.

I had two great nights at Yoann's place. Although the walls are quite thin so I could hear the neighbors regularly, it didn't bother me more than that. Cleanliness and decor have given a peaceful charm:)
