The studio is new and has a private terrace in a very quiet cul-de-sac ideal for enjoying summer evenings. It is very bright, and close to the sea (3 km), close to the salt marshes of Millac, 15 minutes from the "planète sauvage" safari and 30 minutes from the island of Noirmoutier. Various activities are possible on site (ping-pong, petanque, barbecue, possibility on request to loan equipment for shrimp fishing). The surroundings are suitable for walking and/or cycling.

The south-facing garden, with trees, terrace, deckchair and barbecue will delight you.

Beaches and shops are a 5-10 minute drive away. You can do the end-of-stay cleaning yourself, or you can choose to pay for it (€45).

Shops such as bakery, restaurant (check opening days) and small supermarket are within walking distance. 800 m from the ports and close to tourist sites: Noirmoutier, Passage du Gois (20 min), Pornic (20 min), Puy du Fou (1h15). You will be charmed!
