The T2 consists of an entrance that opens onto the living room equipped with a fitted kitchen, designed for cooking on site (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge...) A sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people (children preferred). The bedroom with a 140 x 200 large comfortable bed overlooks a garden, ensuring peaceful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity with storage. It is equipped with a new washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate. A high chair and baby crib are available on request. Sofa bed for 2 people (140 x 200) recent (Feb 2021) and comfortable. Bathroom with walk-in shower. Private garden to the south-facing studio with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue. Parking space located right next to the accommodation. Bedding and towels provided.

Cozy nest, quiet, in the center.

Delightful T1 bis in hyper center. Great location, restaurants, theater, cinemas, shops, museums, everything is at the foot of the apartment. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a beautiful 19th century building. The granite staircase is wide. Rue Jean Jacques is a very lively pedestrian street, but the advantage of our apartment is that it overlooks a very quiet private courtyard secured by 2 closed doors. Bike racks are provided (up to 2) so they will be safe.

I am renting my apartment located 10 minutes' walk to Porcé Beach, 10 minutes' drive to Pornichet and 15 minutes to La Baule. The building is secured with surveillance cameras in common areas. it is on the 5th floor with elevator, on a square where there is a Carrefour market, bakery, post office, pharmacy, and Baker. On Wednesday mornings, there is a market in the square. A crib and high chair are available if you are travelling with your baby.
