North Lodge is a late 19th century gate house, belonging to the Guyzance Hall Estate. It has been fully refurbished bringing it up to modern standards, but still retaining its old charm. With a cozy wood burner, there is a spacious living room and a beautiful kitchen leading out on to a south facing court yard, with a large garden surrounding it, and its own drive. The cottage is situated at the east end of the small hamlet of Guyzance, close to Walkworth and the beautiful Northumberland coast.

The ‘Sun Cottage’ as it is affectionately known has recently had a modern makeover. With a south facing entrance and terrace guests can enjoy a drink in the sun well into the afternoon. Guests have sole access to the entire property including the adjoining garage which can be used for storage. Alnmouth offers an amazing selection of pubs, bars and restaurants.

The Granary is one of 3 holiday cottages converted from the former farm buildings of Bog Mill. Bog Mill is no longer a working farm. All three cottages are completely self contained with each cottage having their own individual garden areas, parking areas and garden furniture. 2 The Square is a lovely two bedroom period cottage in a row of cottages set back form the main road in the quiet village of Lesbury, Northumberland. Access is via a gravel track from the main road and you have your own parking space outside the front door. Lesbury is located close to historic Alnwick, and Alnmouth Beach is an easy 30min walk away, or 5 mins in the car. Alnmouth has numerous places to eat and drink and the pub in Lesbury is open for drinks only at the moment.

Situated in a quiet courtyard in the centre of the picturesque village of Embleton on the North Northumberland Coast. Poppy Cottage sleeps 4 plus cot in two bedrooms, one double and one twin, both bedrooms are upstairs. Family bathroom with bath and over bath shower, the bathroom has underfloor heating and a heated towel rail. Downstairs there is an open plan sitting room, kitchen and dining room.
