Le gîte est d'une superficie de 75 m2 se composant d'une pièce de vie avec une cuisine toute équipée, trois chambres et deux salles d'eau.

Organised as a duplex, your bed and breakfast consists of a bedroom and an en-suite bathroom, and a living room equipped with a kitchen. The decor combines tradition and modernity, the original stone and terracotta floors alongside the canvases of a contemporary artist. Located near a fortified house and a typical farmhouse in northern Ardèche, this cottage will seduce you with its quiet setting and exceptional views. It consists of a vaulted living room, a bedroom with a mezzanine connected by an external staircase. The cottage is surrounded by a garden and two terraces where it is pleasant to be in the summer. A hiking trail adjoins the property and the small road leading to the dovecote ends in a cul-de-sac.

Fred and Annie welcome you to their cottage, adjoining their home."Gite le tilleul" is an old family house renovated by them. It is 2.5 km from the village of Bourg-Argental. The cottage has an area of 150 m2 with a shaded terrace, its south-east exposure offers a panorama of the Alps on a clear day. The capacity of the cottage is 4–10 people.(See house rules, additional rules). Fully equipped house.
