Very good location and a very clean studio Caring host.

I had a great time at Manau’s place, felt right at home . Also Manau was very responsive caring guy , made me feel like a family member. Kept checking on me to make sure I was alright with very warm and welcoming messages . I was very satisfied with Manaus beautiful apartment and amazing service . I would gladly recommend him and choose again and again .

The place is well located not far from the old medina. The studio itself gives a home vibe and it’s very cozy. The store BIM at the ground floor is added the easiness of getting everything in one place. I highly recommend Tarik apartment to anyone who is planning to go past Morocco Casablanca for a short stay for business or tourism purposes.

An apartment in a nice building. Well-equipped. Air conditioning with heating function was an important addition to those chilly evenings. We highly recommend the place and the host.

I recently spent one night and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making check-in smooth and hassle-free. The studio was spotless, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

Great villa at the top and not far from the center

Thanks again to Anass for hosting us! We loved our stay in Casablanca over 3 days. The penthouse is beautiful with beautiful unobstructed views. Everything was well arranged and ready for our arrival.

Perfect for a family of 4 adults and 2 children. Comfortable beds, very spacious living room, dining room and kitchen, everyone had a smile when we entered the apartment. Good location. 7 min drive / 40 min walk to Hassan II mosque. Many taxis available on the Main Street near the apartment. Would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay at Assia's apartment very much. The accommodation is nicely furnished, well maintained and very comfortable. Assia was also very responsive and pleasant. Only small downside: the floor was dusty when we arrived, which suggests that the maid did not take care to mop. I've told Assia about this and I'm sure she'll take appropriate action. Having said, the apartment remains of high quality, and this point can easily be improved for the next visitors. Thank you again for hosting us!

My friends and I stayed in this comfortable, clean apartment in a good, quiet location near the city center. Sara welcomed us nicely. The rooms were large and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen has all the utensils we need for cooking. There is hot water, a washing machine, TV, wi-fi, balcony, terrace.. We were satisfied with our stay in this apartment. We definitely recommend it to others. The apartment is very clean and tidy. Thank you Sara. Best regards.
