Located at the end of a cul-de-sac, this cottage adjoining our house will be happy to welcome you with family or groups of friends. It is ideal for 5 people, but can accommodate you at 7. Peaceful, 35 minutes from Nantes, 40 minutes from the beautiful beaches of Pornichet, La Baule, 40 minutes from the medieval city of Guérande, 45 minutes from the pretty ports of Le Croisic or Piriac or 1 hour from Vannes. A real haven of peace for those who appreciate the calm. You will be very close to Savenay (5km) and its La Colleraye shopping area

"La clé des 3 puits" Cottage

In front of an estate. Near the Canal de Nantes à Brest. By the towpath , we have access to the village and its various shops: tobacco bar, restaurants, grocery store, charcuterie-traiteur bakery,a municipal swimming pool,pedal boats,canoes,golf. Then by the green line the pond of Buhel labeled "Blue Flag" and its guinguette and wakeboard ,tree climbing, go-karting. Market Day: Sundays. Close to the Gâvre forest and its equestrian center. 45 minutes from the beaches of La Baule.

Entire studio 25 m2 – independent access

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio. Note: our exteriors (garden) are still a bit of a work in progress. 5 minutes from the Super U and close to the RN165 (Nantes or St Nazaire). 15 min drive to Nantes. No baths please, only showers. If you want to discover our region, this house is ideally located, close to the main roads Nantes/St Nazaire and Nantes/Vannes. 35 km from Nantes Atlantique Airport, the SNCF train station is a 15-minute walk away, the city center, cinema and shopping area are also within walking distance. Discover Nantes and the machines of the island, Le Croisic and the wild coast, Guérande and the salt marshes, St Marc and the beach of Mr Hulot… For hikers: the GR 3 passes near the house!

Between Nantes and St Nazaire, come and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside, near the Nantes-Brest canal and its pretty bike rides (2 bikes available for rent). Amenities (bakery, shopping mall). Less than 10 minutes away: Lake Savenay, tree climbing, inflatable structures, 2 water centers. This former stone barn, completely renovated in 2021, is located in a quiet hamlet, equipped with a kitchen for your meals. A nice break with family or friends in a green setting
