A peaceful haven for those who value tranquility. You will be very close to Savenay (5 km) and its shopping area La Colleraye

In front of an estate. Close to the Nantes to Brest Canal. By the towpath , we have access to the village and its various shops: tobacco bar, restaurants, grocery store, charcuterie-traiteur bakery,a municipal swimming pool,pedal boats,canoes,golf. Then by the green line the pond of Buhel labeled "Blue Flag" and its guinguette and wakeboard ,tree climbing, go-karting. Market Day: Sundays. Close to the Gâvre forest and its equestrian center. 45 minutes from the beaches of La Baule.

Discover Nantes and the machines of the island, Le Croisic and the wild coast, Guérande and the salt marshes, St Marc and the beach of Mr Hulot… For hikers: the GR 3 passes near the house!

This former stone barn, completely renovated in 2021, is located in a quiet hamlet, equipped with a kitchen for your meals. A nice break with family or friends in a green setting
