Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

Had a lovely stay in a wonderful flat - Jodie's place had everything we needed and there's lots of things to do locally just outside the front door!

This place is incredible! Smells amazing and had a great atmosphere. It’s also super comfortable. The host was super friendly and always happy to help. They made sure I felt at home from the very beginning. Laura also provides a local guide, which is perfect for those who aren’t familiar with Plymouth.

Was an absolutely beautiful apartment, didn’t want to leave. Host was quick at responding and everything u need was in the apartment. Comfy bed, great tv with Netflix and other apps, kitchen has all the utensils to cook a great dinner.

Lovely and an excellent place to stay

Such an amazing place to stay with amazing views! Stayed the night before my wedding with my bridal party and then with my husband and it was incredibly special. It had everything we needed 😊

We had a lovely stay at Louise’s apartment ‘Little Merida’ with our dog Tilly. Louise messaged us before our stay to tell us the apartment would be available early although we weren’t able to take advantage of this. She came and introduced herself after our arrival to ensure we had everything we needed. There was a fresh vase of flowers, some milk, coffee and some delicious local fudge on our arrival. The apartment looked exactly as in the photos, it was warm comfortable, clean, well look after and tastefully decorated. We ate in on two occasions and the apartment had everything we needed to prepare our meals. There are plenty of restaurants and bars locally and within easy walking distant. We had a great time at Little Merida. Thank you Louise

Great location in the heart of brixham less than 5 mins walk to harbour. The flat was immaculate extremely well cleaned and presented everything you need for your stay. Alison responded straight away everytime i messaged. Wouldn't recommend for the elderly or people with mobility problems as the steps down to property are long and steep but didnt bother me and will definitely stop there again , had a great break.

Had the good fortune to stay at Rich's place for a second time this week and as before just a great place, it has everything you need for your stay, nice and warm and comfortable and very clean and comes with driveway parking. Brilliant.

Absolutely stunning house, was perfect for what we needed. Check in was simple and the place was clean on arrival. The host was very accommodating to our requests. We had a small issue with the hot water and they can straight away to assist and solve it. Can’t fault the house, stunning interior,even better than the photos! It made a great venue for a family get together for a birthday weekend. Views over the canal were lovely. Only downside is the additional cost for the hot tub, which we were almost certain wasn’t written about when we booked. We opted not to have it as we felt £150 extra for the use of the hot tub was a bit much. But this didn’t negatively impact our stay nonetheless. Will be keen to return. Thankyou!

Visiting Plymouth for a competition at the mayflower life centre. Perfect distance to the pool peaceful evening yo unwind. House was spotless quiet and comfortable. Perfect stay thank you xx

Amy was the absolute best host, super accommodating and kind. Her home is absolutely beautiful, modern, spacious and spotless. We would 100% recommend here and would love to stay again in the future 💖

We had a great time staying in Rachel’s accommodation again. It is a beautiful property, extremely well equipped and exceptionally clean and comfortable. There is ample parking and the location is superb too.

Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean property with fabulous views. Ben and Lauren were very responsive and accommodating, allowing us an early checkin which was super! We didn't have a car so caught ferry from Barbican (£3 pp and only a 5min trip) so easy! Ventured back and forth to Barbican for cute pubs, restaurants and shops. Good to note there are no local shops near the property so bring food and necessities with you. We brought food in Barbican. Again, very easy. Property had great bbq and balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. We had two dogs who loved the space, the dog treats (thank you!) and the dog bowls. We didn't want to leave :) Definitely recommend this property.

Great apartment with a beautiful little garden overlooking the town. Lots of space for rainy days and evenings. Moira was very responsive and answered all my questions. Bonus to have a parking spot and very short walk into town, although steep but that wasn’t an issue for us. All in all a great place for our weekend away!

The most beautiful Airbnb with absolutely stunning views. A total haven - a 5 minute walk to the coastal path and totally tranquil. The interior is straight out of a magazine and the facilities are pristine. Prosecco, milk and scones were a lovely gesture and much appreciated. Communication with the hosts was brilliant. We had the most relaxing time, thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Victoria was super helpful and it was easy to contact her asking recommendations during our stay. The apartment is in a super location, walking distance to the town centre, the hoe and the Barbican. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away. Lovely, homely flat, a real home from home. Super place , quiet location but just up from the main drag …

Suited our needs as had friends in the area so perfect for us. Flat was as described and very comfortable for 2 and a huge dog friendly garden. Plenty of space inside and pictures show property off exactly as it is. very well stocked kitchen. Diana was very helpful and friendly and on hand if needed. Will definitely be looking to stay again when visiting our friends.

My friends and I had a lovely stay at Kevin & Jess’s property. They were very responsive and provided very detailed information about the place. In terms of the apartment itself, I quite liked how tucked away it was as it felt more safe. It was gorgeous and let in a lot of natural light during the day. They also stocked up with a few basic essentials, which was appreciated.

Pro: perfect location, close to the Hoe and walkable distance to city centre and Barbican. Chloe provides daily parking permit which is super helpful! Any very easy to find a parking space in Citadel Road. Welcome milk and chocolate. We love them. Plenty choices of seasoning for cooking, cleaning tools and laundry detergent. Con: The sound transfers easily between floors. The kids wake up 6:50 - 7:10am every morning and start to running and jumping. It becomes quite loud, making it difficult for my 1 year old baby to keep sleeping. You will never late for a morning meeting if you are having a business travel, but you may carefully consider if you want to wake up naturally. A little bit dusty at the beginning that I cannot stop sneezing. But get better when I wiped the blinds and put those artificial flowers in closets.

An amazing place to stay with the bonus of private parking, near beach, town, train station. The apartment was very clean with all you needed for a relaxing break away. If you want a place to stay by sea then would definitely recommend this!
