Knock About on the Lake is a wonderful lake cottage on a secluded wooded cove on Lake Wedowee! Perfect for a fall getaway, escape from the winter snow, or summer family fun. Three bedrooms, a downstairs TV/bonus room with 2 bunkbeds (4th "bedroom"), two full and one half baths. Enjoy nearby hiking, antiquing, or drinks by the our beautiful firepit under the stars. Serene lake views with your coffee from our large screened porch or sitting on our dock. Boating, and fishing are excellent.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Centrally located between Carrollton and Villa Rica, this secluded cabin will have you feeling like you are in the North GA mountains. Enjoy a fresh cup of coffee on the covered porch overlooking the creek that runs in front of the cabin. Listen to the woods around you and if you are quiet enough, you may see the deer walking the property. You will feel like you are miles from civilization, but with the convenience of being close to town.

Come stay on our little farm in a unique, beautifully decorated, quaint barn loft. Experience a little bit of farm life during your stay. Escape to our fairytale, on 100 secluded acres of gorgeous forest on Lake Wedowee/river (short walk to water down road). Soak in the hot tub, bake a pizza in the wood-fired oven, snuggle in nest swing or stroll the river road to swim or kayak. Hike to Wolf Creek and pan for gold. This gorgeous cabin is inspired by the 1840s rock chimneys-found in the forest—built with reclaimed heart of pine, stained glass & cedar from the woods. No tv—this is a place to unplug. You won’t forget your time in this romantic, memorable place. . Enjoy 4 acres of seclusion adjacent to the Chief Ladiga trail and walking distance to the Pinhoti trail. The main level contains a fully appointed kitchen, half bath, and sleeper couch. Ascend the spiral stairs to the main bedroom with exposed beams and a rustic tin ceiling. Enjoy 3 decks and soak in the scenery or relax in the swinging bed or hottub and listen to the sounds of Little Terrapin Creek.

Ample off-street parking.
