Monthly Rentals in Braintree

We booked The Lodge as local accommodation for our son and his young family, over in the UK on a trip from New Zealand. David could not have been a better host, and The Lodge was a beautiful place to stay. The location is outstanding, set in some wonderful countryside. The accommodation itself is spotlessly clean, helpfully separated from the main house (especially useful with a young baby!), modern and well equipped. David’s communication was fabulous, he was really friendly and always attentive but never intrusive. A great place to stay, with a tremendous host!

Our recent stay here was a last minute booking as our home was being renovated, we arrived tired and frazzled. On arrival we found that the fridge had been stocked with provisions that enabled us to have a cup of tea and toast, it's these small acts of kindness that make all the difference. The apartment is comfortable, clean and the garden view is delightful. The hosts Jan and Dave can not be faulted! Considerate, quick to respond to any communication and friendly who made us feel welcomed. We would highly recommend a stay here.

we were only a stop over as we were flying out to Greece the next morning. Chris was so accommodating picked us up from train station and took us back to the Air B&B we had a couple of hours sleep and then he drove us to the airport. he showed us everything in the air B&B we needed to know. Rosylns is a lively Air B&B next time we plan to spend abit more time and then fly out as there is alot to do in the area and we felt so welcome . thankyou for making the start of our adventure (honeymoon) the best start x

Kerry was friendly and welcoming upon my arrival and was available over messages if I needed to ask any questions. The cabin was exactly as described and pictured. Amenities all clean and in working order. Bonus was the cats, kittens and bunnies, which I was told about beforehand. Thanks very much for a pleasant stay Kerry!
