From the house, you can look far over green meadows directly into the Auetal recreation area. In summer, there are horses right outside the house with their small foals, which are always happy about a petting session. The Donnerschwee district emerged from an old farming village, which presumably existed since the 9th century. The surroundings impress with their proximity to the Donnerschwee meadows and their beautiful cycling and walking paths. Nevertheless, everyday necessities are within a few minutes' walk or on foot.

There are very good shopping nearby and wonderful walks in the recreation area.

At the same time, you can also reach the city center of Bremen in 20 minutes by car. The completely renovated house has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 guest toilet, a spacious dining room, a spacious living room and a new modern kitchen with large window in the spacious garden.

Our cosy holiday home is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 sqm plus conservatory). A net is within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is only a minute's walk away, and Wulsdorf station is a 5-minute walk. Bremerhaven city center or the dyke can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max 30 minutes.

Enjoy your time out in our tasteful accommodation right next to the natural forest Franzhorner Forst. The apartment is family-friendly and fully equipped with everything you need for a nice break. When you step out of your own front door, you are practically already on the Nordpfad/in the forest. In the shared large garden plot there is a private terrace, a fire pit and the possibility to barbecue and plenty of space to relax.

Biosupermarkt, Rewe, Apotheke, Bäcker, Friseur, Post alles innerhalb 5 Minuten per Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso die Bushaltestelle in der Alexanderstraße. Da mehrere Linien dort abfahren gibt es ca alle 10 Minuten einen Bus der in die Stadt und zum ZOB fährt. Per Fuß sind es 20 Minuten in die Innenstadt und zum Bahnhof. Das Restaurant "Sasso" z.B. ist 3 Minuten entfernt und das Restaurant "Da Luigi" z.B. liegt 8 Minuten entfernt.
