Large and modern central apartment

Ground floor apartment of 107 m2 centrally located in Esbjerg. Walking distance to inner city sights. The apartment is divided into two floors that have everything, as well as a cozy garden with a covered terrace, which is unique for such a central location. The bedroom is in the basement, where there is a narrow staircase from the apartment (can be difficult to access if you are poorly walking), or a separate entrance that can be used from the entrance. There is also a large inflatable air mattress in the living room as a bed for the 3rd person.

If you are into water sports, Bork harbor is also an obvious choice. At the marina close to the cottage, you will find our canoe, which is free to use (life jackets are available in the cottage's shed). Unwind as a couple or family, you'll love it😊. Børn er velkomne og vi kan stille babystol og privat pusleplads til rådighed. Det er muligt tilkøbe 2 ekstra senge på 1. Sal.

Byhus midt i Ribe med 100 m til Domkirken. Boligen har 2 gode soveværelser, køkken med spiseplads, stor hyggelig stue. Derudover badeværelse på 1. sal og toilet i stueplan. Huset har stor dejlig sydvendt lukket gårdhave, hvor man kan nyde solen hele dagen. Der kan parkeres på gaden tæt på huset to timer gratis mellem 10-18 på hverdage og lørdag mellem 10-14. Ellers er der gratis parkering hele døgnet ca fem minutters gang fra huset

Huset er ikke for gangbesværede. Trappen til 1. sal er stejl! Hvis aircondition benyttes koster dette 2,5 kr. pr. kw. Elmåler til aircondition aflæses ved ankomst og afrejse. Beløbet afregnes kontant ved afrejsen.

Huset er nyrenoveret med nye gulve, brusekabine og vægge.
