Turtle doves, cuckoos, curlews, natterjack toads & bitterns call in season. Wonderful beach walks. Norfolk Coast Path & Peddars Way.

Beautiful, bright & light Annexe

Over-looking the North Norfolk marshes and just a short distance away from Brancaster beach; this newly built Annexe is a really special place, with lots of thoughtful touches and a home away from home. Ideal for avid walkers, bird watchers or family down time golfers and kite-surfers; the Annexe is a perfect launch pad to discover all the lovely parts of the North Norfolk coast. Plenty of walks from the back door, only 15mins walk to Brancaster beach and many discoveries a short drive away.

Our spacious bungalow is set within a wonderful quiet location of Brancaster. The village needs no introduction, beautiful beaches,pubs,sailing,boutique shops. Miles upon miles of tracks for walking/talking/eating & drinking. This property is 15 mins walk to the beach & 15 mins walk to Brancaster Staithe harbour along the coastal path. It is open plan,spacious & the 2 large bi- fold doors leading into the garden allow light aplenty. 4 bicycles for your amusement. Parking for 3 cars out front.

Welcome. Kiln Cottage, Blakeney, is our family home which we'd like you to enjoy. It's the perfect spot for a holiday or short stay within the beauty and tranquillity of the North Norfolk coast. This modern cottage, built with traditional Norfolk flint, is a moment’s walk from the coastal path, village harbour, shops and eateries. It offers total peace and quiet. I am afraid we are unable to accommodate children under 16. And we're unable to accept dogs or other pets. Parking for two cars.

Recently refurbished, Morris’s Cottage is nestled in the centre of one of North Norfolk’s loveliest villages, opposite gastropub ‘The Hero’, with nearby bus stop giving access to many coastal towns and villages and a short walk to the village playing fields with two hard tennis courts and well equipped playground. The harbour is just two minutes away with stunning walks out to the sea and ferry to Scolt Head Island where hours can be spent with a picnic in the dunes!

St Anne’s is a fun, quirky coastal bungalow perfect for a family getaway. Sleeping 2-6 guests in the main part of the house and a further 4 in the 2 bedroom annex. Situated in the north Norfolk coast in Brancaster Staithe, the cottage is walking distance from the local harbour and sailing club as well as the notorious Jolly Sailors pub. A large and enclosed private garden and inner courtyard with a sheltered west facing patio. There is parking for several cars.

Little Redwings is the perfect location for couples wanting a coastal getaway. Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac in Brancaster Staithe, yet still within walking distance to the pubs, Coastliner bus stop, harbour, and many other popular coastal attractions. Having just been completely refurbished in January 2024, Little Redwings is designed to offer luxurious and comfortable accommodation in an open plan studio. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets.

The house is in the small village of Brancaster Staithe on the North Norfolk coast – designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It is in a small group of houses, three minutes’ walk from the Staithe with its sailing club, fishing sheds, ice cream truck, the marshes and coastal path. Enormous skies, sun and soft winds make this an area we have loved to return to for over 25 years. We hope that you will come to love it as we have.
