If you want to experience Denmark from its beautiful and quiet side, then “Vidkærhøj” is the place for you. The home is part of our property from the 1870s, and was originally an old barn, which we have lovingly restored over the past few years. It is centrally located between Aarhus, Silkeborg and Skanderborg. It is high up here, and if you like, our dog, Aggie, would love to greet you, just as our cats, chickens and rooster are also very curious. We can’t wait to host you 🤗

It is a rustic old house and you can easily find a cobweb or a little dust if you look, but is otherwise nice and clean. The beds are good and there is a good kitchen where you can eat. Idyllically located holiday home north of Vejle. Scenic and quiet location with great views of the meadows and a small lake. By the lake there is a swing set, trampoline and fireplace and there is a private terrace on both sides of the house. Close to Legoland and Lego House as well as Givskud Zoo.
