Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

The Remise is free-standing in the inner courtyard of Urbanstr. 33. It is an approx. 60 square meter and was a former blacksmith, brick on the outside. In 2 days, it offers accommodation for up to max. 4 people. The surrounding area offers diverse and lively streets with restaurants, cafes, and small streets. Central guest suite at the border to the famous party and culture districts of Kreuzberg and Friedrichshain. Located in the district "Berlin-Mitte" (meaning middle of Berlin), so it can't get more central than that! Right across the world-famous Kit Kat Club. Quiet apartment on the outskirts of Berlin. On two floors we can accommodate up to 4 people. Ideal for all who want to get to know Berlin, but want to end the evening comfortably and in a quiet atmosphere. An advantage would be the journey by car, which can safely be parked in front of the propert. The underground can be reached by car in about 8 minutes (by foot in around 30minutes), there are many free parking areas. Supermarkets are within walking distance.

Very comfortable garden house

Ideal for 1 family with 3 children, ground floor has a bedroom with French double bed, large kitchen-living room with sofa bed, upper floor with 3 beds and space to play. Shelter for bicycles, large garden with playground, barbecue, swing and games available. We have one cat. Playground and ball court right next door. Pet is possible. The garden shed is closed from November to March.
