Lovely quirky holiday property, for a great break. The enclosed courtyard off the front room was very useful and safe for the dog to take her out when needed. Great location just a few minutes walk through the beautiful village to the beach. Enjoyed the local pubs and the walk to Seaton which is part of the South West coastal path. Some lovely cafes on the beach where you can have b'fast or lunch on the pebbles. Great friendly host (Steve) with clear instructions for check in and private parking spot. Only a short break this time but would return to this property and to see more of the area.

I have wanted to stay at this chalet for several years but it is always booked as soon as months are released. When a slot came up around my birthday I didn’t hesitate to book it and I wasn’t disappointed with our stay. The chalet and the area was just perfect. The road down to the cove is quite narrow but once we were there we didn’t move the car until we left. The chalet was clean, warm and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed listening to the radio. The Sea Shanty beach cafe was only a short walk from the chalet and we enjoyed a cooked breakfast and fish and chips there which were both delicious. The beach wasn’t busy at anytime of the day and we had gorgeous weather which made the holiday. I would definitely recommend booking a stay here it’s a perfect place to get away from it all, just watching the waves rolling in

Stunning property. Beautifully and tastefully decorated. Comfortable, both in the living area and in the bedroom area. Lloyd was a lovely host, very communicative and friendly. We would happily return here many times over. Thanks for the hospitality, Lloyd

We had a very peaceful comfortable stay.. it was very close to many great local beauty spots and attractions. Ideal for a small family or two couples. Simple but well equipped kitchen. Very pleasant garden and grounds. Linda was very helpful and responsive. Would stay her again.
