Karaktervolle tuinflat met zonnige privé buitenruimte. De accommodatie bevindt zich op steenworpafstand van het centrum van Ekeren en op een boogscheut van historisch Antwerpen en de haven. Met trein, tram, bus of fiets sta je in no-time in Antwerpen centrum. Winkels, restaurants en terrasjes zijn te voet te bereiken. Voor een wandeling in het groen zijn er vlakbij meerdere parken en natuurgebieden. Ook met de fiets kan je vlot naar Antwerpen of zijn er leuke routes richting natuur.

The penthouse {please note: there is no elevator} is 5 minutes walk away from the centre of the city in a perfect location to explore all of the wonderful attractions Antwerp has to offer: restaurants, cafés, bakeries, shops, and musea all within walking distance. It is a 2 km walk from the Central Station but also close to bus and tram stops. The highway to Brussels, Gent or Brugge is 1,5 km away. The newly renovated and world famous Royal Museum of Fine Arts is 10 minutes away.

The house features 3 bedrooms, a separate workspace, 2.5 bathrooms, an enclosed natural garden, a charging station, rainwater recovery, solar panels, 3 terraces and a garden room. In addition, we like to pamper our guests with products from Marie Stella Maris, coffee from the RAF roastery, quality tea and oat milk.

The 110m2 loft feels really spacious due to the 6 meter high ceiling in the living room where you also find the open kitchen with acces to the roof terrace. This place is an ideal home base for exploring Antwerp, close to the central station and the Zoo.

Mooie, nieuwe verborgen studio in het hart van Antwerpen. De studio is gelegen in een achterpand, ver weg van alle lawaai. Het is een oase van stilte, maar op minder dan een minuut sta je op de Grote markt met al zijn terrasjes, winkels, restaurants en bezienswaardigheden.. Gasten hebben ook toegang tot de patio voor een drankje, een praatje of om gewoon gezellig te vertoeven.

Suite Moriaan - Blue Bird Residence

Na een recente totaalrenovatie in 2023 zijn we er helemaal klaar voor om u een onvergetelijk verblijf te bieden. Dit middeleeuwse pand uit de 16e eeuw deed ooit dienst als kantoor van een voormalige sigarenfabriek. Authentieke elementen zoals de hoge plafonds, een gezellige binnenpatio en houten balken in de bibliotheek zijn zoveel mogelijk behouden gebleven.
