Casa Igarapé is an ecological hut at the foot of the Serra de Igarapé, made with raw earth, steel, wood and ceramics. Integrated into the landscape, it has a balcony and spa with heated hydro and open views of the hills, intense sunset and starry sky, away from the city lights. Almost absolute silence, broken only by toucans and siriemas. Ideal for remote work with concentration. Between Itaúna and Inhotim, perfect for couples from Belo Horizonte and the surrounding region or from other cities looking for peace and warmth.

Eco-friendly and rustic chalet with fireplace and fire pit

Charming, rustic and ecological cottage (bio-construction with earth walls). The cottage is located in a green and quiet area, inside a secure farm (with an electronic gate), with access by a dirt road (500 m). The place is perfect for connecting with nature, detoxing from screens (we don't have TV or Wi-Fi), sunbathing, walking, making a bonfire in the late afternoon and enjoying a fireplace. Ideal space for couples with up to two children. Location very close to the center of Serra Negra (3 km).

Ranchinho Água Fria. Beautiful and with a natural pool.

In the wattle and daub construction, the primitive way of life is intertwined with the setting that offers beauty and comfort to guests. The 20-hectare property is shared by Ranchão and Casa Cambará, 200 and 260 meters from Ranchinho, respectively. For everyone's comfort, silence is essential. Music should be played at low volume. The distance from the parking lot to the house is 70 meters, which must be covered on foot. Consider this information if you have a lot of luggage.
