High ceilings, historic architecture, just 4 doors down from the Queen Theater on Main Street, and views of the Palace Theater and Carnegie Library from the front windows, make this historic 2nd floor apartment a unique experience in all of Bryan/College Station. This apartment is walking distance all the restaurants and shopping in downtown Bryan and just an 8 minute drive to the Texas A&M Campus. With king beds in each bedroom and two fold out sofas, up to 6 guests can sleep comfortably.

Private guest house with great room, pool table, pool with slide, CHILD PROOF Doors, covered patio, large TV inside & outside. Big kitchen granite island separate bedroom w/king bed and 4 bunk beds in the great room. Sleeps 6 people or 7 if you bring blowup mattress. Large fire pit and gas grill. Fireworks allowed. Garden suite

The Garden Suite is centrally located in the BCS metroplex close to Texas A&M Campus and near lots of restaurants / bars / grocery stores / highway 6. The suite is part of the detached garage that has a private entrance through the backyard. Guests are asked to park on the street. We are pet friendly but charge an additonal $10 per pet per day if guests bring a pet. The extra charges will be added once your reservation has been confirmed and informed us that you are bringing a pet.
