The7HARES is so named because hares in the Buddhist tradition symbolise peace and tranquility along with the fact that owners saw 7 hares playing in the nearby fields!! Lovely Coopers Cottage Sheringham

Coopers Cottage is a beautiful cosy seaside home tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the lovely coastal blue beach award winning town of Sheringham. Only 7 minutes walk to the beach and 2 minutes walk to the high street and train station. It is also very close to the Poppy Line steam train station. The cottage has 1 off-street parking space and comfortably sleeps 4 people. There is also an option for 1 extra person to sleep on the day bed on the landing room. Please request when booking.

Hobbit house located on the North Norfolk coast.

Get ready for your Hobbit experience at Bag End in the Shire. Bag End is located within one mile of the coastal path and central for the beaches of Wells, Holkham and Blakeney point. Our Hobbit house has one full size bedroom and a smaller bedroom for a little hobbit. Up to 2 extra guests can stay in the cosy seperate bedroom hut at £25pp per night. There is a seperate bathroom and washing up area with hot and cold water. The hot tub can be used for an additional charge of £65 per whole stay.

The quirky shops, fishmongers and deli of Burnham Market are a short drive away and there's a great selection of local pubs and incredible beaches to choose from.

A few minutes walk along the quay into the pretty town of Wells which boasts an array of shops, cafes and restaurants & moments to the beach. You will not want to leave!

The Loft is a spacious penthouse apartment in Wells-next-the-Sea with fabulous saltmarsh views and allocated parking for one car. Wells Quay is a 5 min stroll away where you can discover an array of independent coffees shops, restaurants and shops. The Loft welcomes families with children over the age of 5, and is able to be booked with Driftwood (first floor 2 bed apartment) should you wish for large groups to get together to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coastline.

Jimmy’s Shed at Manor Farm Stays with hot tub

So called Jimmy’s Shed because of the faithful old stallion that lived here but this is so much more than a shed....this lovely little historical barn is totally secluded and private and has been painstakingly and lovingly restored making the most of all the original features, the fantastic views and the total peace and tranquility. It has been beautifully designed using mainly reclaimed and salvage materials resulting in a truly stunning and unique place to stay!

"BIDDY" Shepherdshut & Hot tub at Old King William

You will find all that’s needed to take the stress away from your stay. A king-sized bed, with luxurious 400 TC Egyptian cotton bedding. There is a fully equipped kitchenette with a butler sink, convection hob, toaster, kettle and microwave. You will have your own personal fire pit by your door and a wood burner inside the hut. Burnham Overy Staithe is a little coastal village with one Pub and a bus stop - both opposite the house. Just two minutes walk to the creek. Sea view from the top floor. Inviting for long walks and wood burners waiting for you in the house. Originally, restored as our family home. All our books are in the house from travels and time, living abroad - toys from our little children in a beautiful hand painted toy box.
