Even in "bad weather", this is not a problem, as the terrace is covered. A barbecue is available, and there is also a built-in sauna.

Supermarkets, restaurants and other services are easily accessible within 1.5 km. The approx. 50 sqm apartment has a separate entrance and is accessible via an external staircase. The building was constructed in 2022 to the KfW 40+ standard and therefore features the latest technology (underfloor heating, ventilation system).
