The "Windspiel" on the first floor offers generous space for 2-3 people on approx. 60 square meters. The highlight is the private sauna, the fireplace and the smart home amenities. You have a large terrace with a spacious garden area. Large panoramic windows offer stunning views to the outside. Wi-Fi, TV and fireplace provide comfort. The bedroom is equipped with a box spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) + gel topper. The 3rd person on a sofa bed in the living room. A fully equipped kitchen and washing machine with dryer are also provided.

We offer you a studio in lovely Binz. The beautiful beach are in walking distance just like the main street with its cafes and boutiques. The cottage is located in a quiet area of Binz with many gardens and small houses. It has a fully equipped kitchen with a wish washer, fridge, stove, oven, coffemakers and everything else you need for self catering. Güterloft Altefähr was built in 1936 to the Altefähr train station, which has existed since 1883. It served as a storage and recharging station and was extensively renovated in 2022.
