I'm Jan – and with everything we've set up here, we always had one question in mind: Would we want this ourselves on holiday? The apartment is right in the heart of the city, but pleasantly quiet. Every guest receives a restaurant voucher for the city centre, plus a free public transport ticket for the whole of Vorarlberg. The holiday apartment Am Bodensee is located in Bregenz and overlooks the mountain. The 46 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a TV, a fan as well as a washing machine. In addition, a table tennis is available for your use. A baby cot is also available.

The lovingly furnished accommodation is located very central and yet quiet. All the main points are close by - so planning your stay is easy. The view of Lake Constance from the 8th floor is breathtakingly beautiful. A highlight of this apartment is the small winter garden with a view of the lake. In summer you can enjoy the sunset from there. The apartment has a pleasant temperature in summer and winter. It's a real feel-good apartment.

Between lake and mountain

The apartment is on the third floor (no elevator) of a more than 100 year old house in the former working-class neighborhood Vorkloster. It houses 8 flats which are partially inhabitat by our family. Thus, the atmosphere is very familiar and uncomplicated! Kids are very welcome! As it is a family home, I will only approve requests from people who shortly introduce themselves and the reason for their trip to Bregenz!

The apartment is located on the ground floor, offers 50m2 living space with a room height of 2.75m. It’s perfectly fitting for a couple and two children. The apartment offers one queen size bed as well as a sofa bed in the living room and a fully-featured kitchen.
