Haus Bregenz Apartment Bodensee

Unser Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Straße in Fußnähe zum See und dem Stadtzentrum. Auch können sie direkt von unserem Haus Wanderungen zum Pfänder unternehmen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll renoviert, hat 50 qm und einen Balkon mit Seesicht. Im geräumigen Wohnzimmer können sie ebenfalls vom Sofa aus den See sehen. Besonders beliebt sind die wunderschönen Sonnenuntergänge. Bregenz eignet sich perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge, zum Beispiel in den Bregenzerwald oder rund um den Bodensee.

Cozy single room near the lake

Our house is a three-generation house. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. Every now and then it gets a little hectic because of the kids. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The paths to the bakery, the ice cream parlor, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.

The apartment is tucked away in a very quiet cul-de-sac facing a beautiful garden. If you prefer more quiet and secluded walks by the lake, just head over to Grüner Damm.

You can feel Lake Constance and reach it on foot in 5 minutes at a well-kept, public, free bathing beach,⛱🏊🐟☀️or you can opt for a shore bike path tour, 🚲which also starts in front of the house. Leave your car in your parking space (no small trucks) and use the public bus in front of the house. The festival evening🎻🍾🌜is a 20-minute walk without traffic jams, along Lake Constance, relaxing. The house is directly on the Weiß campsite and Natura 2000 area.
