Unser charmantes Apartment im „Shabby Chic Stil“ bietet auf ca. 70 qm drei gemütliche Schlafzimmer und eine großzügige Wohnküche mit Balkon für bis zu 6 Personen . Hier könnt ihr gemeinsam kochen, entspannen und gesellige Abende verbringen. Das Apartment befindet sich in der zweiten Etage unseres Wohnhauses in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung am Fuße des malerischen Berges „Niedere“ (um die Ecke vom Gleitschirmlandeplatz). Wir leben im Erdgeschoss mit 8-jährigen Sohn, unserer Hündin und einer Katze.

The 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and 2 additional toilets and can accommodate 8 people. Available amenities include Wi-Fi, a dishwasher, a coffee machine and a TV. A baby cot is available upon request.

This house is located within walking distance to the center. It is located in a quiet environment and offers plenty of space for two people. The very large terrace has a nice view. Seating and sun loungers are available. Furthermore, a carport or parking space (depending on the size of the car) is available to guests free of charge directly in front of the house during the stay. There is also a lockable basement room in the garage (e.g. for bicycles).
