Unser charmantes Apartment im „Shabby Chic Stil“ bietet auf ca. 70 qm drei gemütliche Schlafzimmer und eine großzügige Wohnküche mit Balkon für bis zu 6 Personen . Hier könnt ihr gemeinsam kochen, entspannen und gesellige Abende verbringen. Das Apartment befindet sich in der zweiten Etage unseres Wohnhauses in einer ruhigen Wohnsiedlung am Fuße des malerischen Berges „Niedere“ (um die Ecke vom Gleitschirmlandeplatz). Wir leben im Erdgeschoss mit 8-jährigen Sohn, unserer Hündin und einer Katze.

Die "Fischerei_34g" liegt zwischen See und dem Beginn des Bregenzerwaldes auf 600m. Entfernung zum Bodensee / Stadtmitte Bregenz : ca.6 km Pfänderspitze : ca.5 km, zu Fuß ab der Unterkunft erreichbar.

Our house is a three-generation house. On each floor is an apartment which is occupied by friendly people. Every now and then it gets a little hectic because of the kids. It is located in Hard/Vorarlberg about 300 m as the crow flies from Lake Constance. The paths to the bakery, the ice cream parlor, the beach, various restaurants, the bus stop, ... can be reached in less than 5 minutes. The nearest grocery store is a 10-minute walk. Every Wednesday there is a market in the town center.

This FW with a large garden and fantastic views is located directly on the lake shore and is available to our guests again after our own use. It offers relaxing days for peace seekers as well as various activities for sports enthusiasts. In the immediate vicinity is the beach (newly built in 2024), the mini golf course, a boat rental, a skater court as well as the possibility to SUP. Due to its location in the "border triangle", this is the perfect starting point for cycling and hiking.

This house is located a few minutes walk from the center. It is located in a quiet environment and offers a lot of space for two people. The very large terrace has a beautiful view. There are seating options and sun loungers available. Furthermore, a carport or parking space (depending on the car size) is available for guests free of charge directly in front of the house during the stay. There is also a separate lockable cellar room in the garage (e.g. for bicycles).
