Die Ferienwohnung ist im 2023/24 neu renovierten Dachgeschoss eines denkmalgeschützten großen Hauses ( nach einen Großbrand 2022 im Haus wurde alles von Grund auf saniert) . Sie ist gut ausgestattet, gemütlich und bietet viel Platz auch für Familien mit Kindern. WLAN, TV und eine Spielecke gehören zur Ausstattung. Ebenso eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Bad mit Dusche und WC. Hunde können mitgebracht werden, es gibt zwei Katzen im Haus: Mimi und Sally.

Newly refurbished premium top floor flat near the historic city centre of Hilpoltstein. It is close to parks, lakes, supermarkets, restaurants and dining. Only a short walk away from the world famous Challenge Roth triathlon. 20 minutes drive to Nuremberg. Our place is very cosy, it is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). We offer a welcome pack to our guests, coffee, tea and biscuits. Vacation home in Breitenbrunn

The apartment with a spacious balcony was newly built in the center of the village in 2018, is accessible by elevator and is located on the upper floor. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with double bed and one with 2 single beds. In the living / dining area there are also 2 sofa beds. For your stay we provide towels and sheets. The car can be parked in the carport next to the house. For bicycles, there is a seperate lockable storage room.

Both bathrooms and the kitchen are newly renovated and offer everything you need. The open architecture gives the accommodation a special flair. Please note that the two rooms are connected by the stairs, and therefore not separated by a door.

In the middle of it all and yet quiet. Our room with a private bathroom has a separate entrance with a key safe. You can take your bike in with you and there are floor sockets for charging your e-bike. We want to offer a friendly oasis for solo travelers to relax. Can also be booked for just one night.
