Today, it is a private Estate with big jungle trees, about 4km of trails, fruit orchards and beautiful gardens. The house has been fully renovated and is welcoming and comfortable. A large wrap-around terrace looks out toward Volcán Barú and La Amistad Park. Hacienda Viva offers a setting to slow down and reconnect. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Bambu Cabana is surrounded by bamboo and features a unobstructed view of Vulcan Baru. Wake up to see the sun reflecting off of the mountain, visible clearly through large floor to ceiling wrap around windows. Do some work at the desk or relax in the recliners or outdoor balcony chairs. Enjoy a refreshing shower or long soak in the large bathtub. The cabana includes a well stocked kitchenette, and washer dryer combo.

Bring the whole family or a group of friends to this beautiful place to relax and have a great time. What's more, you'll be very close to the main shopping centres and supermarkets in Paso Canoas, where you can do your shopping. We have space for groups of family or friends of 10 and up to 20 guests, by using the apartment next door. We have free and secure parking for 4 cars. We have a 220 V power socket for charging electric cars (₡6,000 additional cost per car).

Forms part of a honey farm offering more than 24 types of honey, a great store and bee and honey tasting tours also part of a traditional Boquete Coffee Estate. We can accommodate 4 px but booking price including breakfast is for 2px. We charge an additional $15 per person.

Welcome to the Coffee Cabins. This is one of four stunning A-frame cabins perched on the side of a mountain in the middle of a coffee field. You’re literally surrounded by coffee, both on the trees and in your kitchen with the complimentary coffee grown right here on the farm. Enjoy larger than life views to both the north towards the continental divide and to the west framing Volcan Baru, Panama’s highest peak.

Guayacán Cabin

Cozy cabins that will make your stay in Paso Canoas pleasant. Excellent for shopping as they are 2km from the Paso Canoas free zone, in front of the Inter-American highway. Pet-friendly, we have some dogs. If you visit us with pets, you must pay at check-in $20 / ¢10,000 for the first night of the pets' stay and $10 / ¢5000 for each extra night.
