Monthly Rentals in Brentor

The second you walk in, you feel like you’re in a home away from home. Carol and Rob’s hospitality was outstanding, and they welcomed us with such warmth. Honourable mention to their beautiful dog Max as well! The cottage was spotless, and filled with everything we could need, as well as a gorgeous welcome package including honey from their own bees. We very much enjoyed a chat with Rob, who brews his own beer and kindly shared a drink or two with us. We will be recommending the cottage to all our friends and family who come and visit this beautiful part of the world, and will definitely be back!

Jeanette was a lovely host, gave clear instructions of how to get to the cottage and we arrived to a very nice homemade cream tea! Upon arrival Jeanette gave lots of good recommendations of places near by to visit, a lot of which we did and we had a lovely 3 days. There are some beautiful walks in the area. The cottage was great - had a very homey feel to it. Comfortable bed, cosy fireplace, hot shower and everything you could need in the kitchen. The location was perfect, town and supermarkets close by but also felt very secluded and peaceful. Brilliant view of Brentor church from the garden, only a 15 minute walk away and a great place to visit during sunset. Thank you for the lovely stay Jeanette! We’d love to visit again soon :)

We had really great time at Gillian's place. Gillian is really nice host, very friendly, welcoming and helpful. The Annex was clean and had everything we needed and Gillian always asked if we needed anything. The farm is in a beautiful location - the views from the Annex are amazing, and Gillian gave us very useful advice how to get there. We would definitely come back and even stay longer as there are plenty of things to do and see in the area and Gillian's place was perfect base for us.

Another lovely stay at Squirrels Drey. Liz and Guy are so welcoming, helpful and friendly. Loved all the new touches around the cottage. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils if you should wish to do your own cooking, which we did. We have arrived home safely with two tired but very happy dogs and two very relaxed owners. Thank you and hope to return again.
