Family home since its construction in the last quarter of the nineteenth century by a great-grandfather of the owner, who was a winegrower, then inhabited by the family of one of his sons, himself a winegrower. It is located in the center of the charming village of Ousson with a small private inner courtyard and not overlooked, very close to the Loire. It has a garage accessible by the inner courtyard, and by Rue du 14 Juillet.

A few kilometres from Toucy and its market but also not far from Auxerre, the medieval site of Guedelon or the castle of St-Fargeau, this is the perfect place to disconnect for a weekend or more.
