Monthly Rentals in Brettenham

Stayed at Alex place with hubby sister & brother-in-law. Alex was very proactive with responses when we asked questions. The property was so easy to find. As soon as we all entered we felt right at home, open planned kitchen diner thats bright & airy. All the furniture & fittings were clean and comfy especially the beds. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you will need to cook. The showers were lovely & clean, easy to use & plenty of hot water. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside in the sunshine on the outside table & chairs enjoying listening to the birds. One evening around 11pm we also heard an owl hooting nearby. At night it was very dark & so peaceful so a good nights sleep was had by us all. Whilst there we visited Bury St Edmunds, Jimmy's Farm, Kentwell Hall, Melford Hall, walked Alpacas, Hollow Trees Farm Shop and Sudbury Water Meadows as the property is so conveniently located to all. I would highly recommend Alex and his property. Thanks for a fantastic stay😃

Colin and Linda were absolutely wonderful hosts! We stayed for an extended period while awaiting the completion of our house, and they made us feel incredibly welcome and comfortable. Their communication was always prompt and helpful, making our long stay much smoother. What truly stood out was their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. When we found ourselves needing daycare for our dog, they stepped in to help us out, which was a huge relief! Their generosity and understanding were truly appreciated. We couldn't have asked for better hosts. We highly recommend Colin and Linda to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming Airbnb experience. They made our transitional period so much easier. Fantastic stay. Beautiful Snug, well equipped and decor superb. Everything you needed and more. Lovely extra touches, breakfast goodies etc. Friendly and helpful hosts. Would definitely recommend, well worth the price.

The barn provides a very comfortable base from which to visit Suffolk and North Essex. The property itself is in a lovely rural location and as described sits in its own meadow. Wildlife abounds; of particular note were the hares and the deer that can be seen in your "front garden". The property itself is well appointed. The kitchen provided all that we needed and more. The lounge/diner is spacious, light and provided with comfortable furniture. The bedroom again has loads of space and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well appointed and includes a decent shower. For a couple, the barn offers a lovely, peaceful stay. Within a fairly easy drive are a number of nice places to visit. We enjoyed a wander around Lavenham (beautiful village with loads of history), Sutton Hoo (Anlo Saxon history at its best), the maritime quarter of Ipswich and lastly a nice mix of military history sites (forts & castles). The owner, Sue, was a pleasure to communicate with and made the stay very easy.
