Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Brewster County

Dan and Tana’s property was above and beyond what we were looking to experience for peaceful getaway for our anniversary!! Dan was right on time with his schedule of greeting us when we made it to Terlingua and his walk through the house and things to do while there was priceless!! We will be back!!

A beautiful and enchanting place. Can't beat the location, very close to Study Butte and a short drive to Terlingua. Yet it feels incredibly private and remote. I truly believe there is no better view near the park, nothing in sight but the mountains and desert sky! I would stay again if we make it back to Big Bend!

the tiny home is as described! we stayed here with our baby, yes the pack n play fits upstairs! ...albeit barely. it was very peaceful and dog friendly. the 3 AC units were great as it got up to 100 degrees while we were there. bring your own water!!!

Wow. This was an amazing experience. It was our first yurt stay and I think I can say that we are hooked! It was a combination of luxury and rustic and Kimberley made it just so above and beyond special. We were only there one night to see the infamous Marfa lights and it was so special and fun. We got the champagne and smores package which really made our long trip to Alpine totally worth it. The bed was super comfy- and the bathtub was a wonderful treat to soak in after a 10 hour drive! We had the impression it was more isolated, but was actually in a group of small Air Bnbs, which actually felt nice. We liked being around other people, although it was quiet and private feeling. The yurt is back in a neighborhood, backed up against a natural environment and views. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for having us.

Michelle and Mark's home was wonderful. Especially enjoyed sitting on their front porch, watching the wildlife. They were wonderful company, kind and generous hosts.

100% recommend! Breahtaking views. Peaceful and quiet, night skies are gorgeous and the place is thoughtfully stocked for our convienience! I will definatly be going back!!

Great place to have a chance to stay close to Big Bend without paying to stay inside the park. Loved the little town and enjoyed the brewery/bbq restaurant as well. Highly recommend.

Martie left clear instructions for how to get there and check in. Her RV was clean and comfortable. It was a perfect location and very welcoming every night after we spent the days hiking and exploring the area. She was very responsive and eager to help had we needed anything else. Thankfully she already had everything we could ask for!

Daniel's rental was exactly as seen in the pictures. It was very clean and 1 of a kind. No light pollution, stars and camp fire was exactly what we needed coming from the city. If you don't want to grill, there is an excellent little cafe called Venga in walking distance that serves food and coffee from 7am -5pm. I would definitely recommend this place to my friends, family and community.
